Hypothesis Research Ltd ("Hypothesis Research", "we", "us" or "our") provides digital investment research, market research, company research and industry research through our website and online store.

Digital Products Only

All products sold through the Hypothesis Research online store are digital products or digital subscription services.

We do not currently sell or ship physical goods. Accordingly:

• no physical products will be delivered by post or courier;

• no shipping or delivery charges apply;

• no shipping address is required for physical delivery; and

• our research is delivered electronically or made available through online access.

Digital Research Reports

Individual research reports are supplied electronically.

Following successful payment and order confirmation, purchased reports will normally be made available through one or more of the following methods:

• a download link;

• an order-confirmation or delivery email;

• your Hypothesis Research customer account; or

• another electronic delivery method specified at the time of purchase.

Where a download link is provided, you are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate internet access and software capable of opening the relevant file format, normally PDF.

Delivery Time

Digital research reports are normally made available immediately or shortly after successful payment confirmation.

In some circumstances, delivery may be delayed because of payment verification, fraud-prevention checks, technical problems, website maintenance or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you have successfully completed a purchase but have not received or cannot access your report, please contact us at ma@hypothesisresearch.co.uk.

Please provide your name, email address used for the purchase and order number where available.

Research Subscriptions

Where you purchase a Hypothesis Research subscription, access to the research content included in your subscription will normally become available after successful payment and activation of your subscription.

Subscription content may be accessed through hypothesisresearch.com or through another access method specified when you subscribe.

Access will continue for the applicable paid subscription period, subject to our Terms of Service and subscription conditions.

No Physical Shipping

Because our products and services are delivered electronically, Hypothesis Research does not provide physical shipping.

References to "shipping", "shipping address", "delivery carrier", "tracking number" or similar terminology that may appear as part of Shopify's standard checkout functionality do not mean that a physical product will be shipped.

Where Shopify or a payment provider requests a billing address, this information may be required for payment processing, fraud prevention, tax determination or regulatory purposes. It is not used to ship a physical product.

International Customers

Our digital products may be purchased from jurisdictions in which we are permitted to make them available, subject to any legal, regulatory or product-specific restrictions.

Because delivery is electronic, there are no international shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they are permitted to access and use our research in their jurisdiction.

Applicable taxes, including VAT or other sales taxes, may be charged depending on the customer's location and status.

Incorrect Email Address or Account Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and account information when placing an order.

If you provide an incorrect email address or experience difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to assist you after verifying the relevant order.

Technical Problems

If a purchased digital report:

• cannot be downloaded;

• is corrupted;

• cannot reasonably be opened;

• is materially incomplete because of a technical error; or

• is not the report that you ordered,

please contact us at ma@hypothesisresearch.co.uk.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement download or restore access.

Your statutory rights in relation to digital content are not affected.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital, they cannot be physically returned.

Cancellation rights, refunds, faulty digital content and subscription cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
